Thank the coffee gods because January is nearly over. Whether you've partaken in dry January this year, or you've just been taking it a bit easy after the season of indulgence, February means love, the possible slight hint of the start of spring, and getting well and truly back on the wagon.
Here's our perfect espresso martini recipe so you can start your spiral into hedonism properly. Our recipe is a bit different, using dark rum to really bring out the natural sweetness in your perfectly extracted espresso, eliminating the need for any actual sugar.
Double shot of The Baron Espresso
25ml Dark Rum
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add a scoop full of ice and shake.
Pour into Martini glass and enjoy!
