The Story

Welcome to the Showstopper Sub Club. Each month we will deep dive into the wonderful world of ultra specialty coffee.

As a third generation coffee producer, Andres Torres has been experimenting with varieties and processing to remarkable effect. These rare geisha cherries are first anaerobically processed in small barrels before drying on raised beds. Andres settled on this hybrid natural process to create his preferred combination of intense tropical and aromatic floral flavour notes. A unique approach that we are excited to present as this month’s Showstopper.

Our ambition is to continue sourcing, roasting and crafting the finest coffees from the heart of East London.
