25ml Jamesons Whiskey
10ml Midnight Oil
150ml Climpson & Sons The Baron (brewed using your choice of filter method)
2 Demerara Sugar Cubes
50ml Whipped Cream

Brew coffee using your choice of filter method. Add sugar cubes and stir to dissolve. Add Jamesons Whiskey and Midnight Oil. Top with silky whipped cream, slowly poured over a spoon. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.

30ml Midnight Oil
30ml Climpson & Sons Cold Brew (our tips on the best way to make cold brew)
25ml ELLC British wheat Vodka
5ml Simple Syrup

Shake. Strain. Serve. Simple.

Climpson & Sons Midnight Oil Negroni

(notoriously over consumed at Climpson's Arch parties)
10ml Midnight Oil
30ml ELLC Gin
20ml Campari
20ml Rosso Vermouth

Fill a short glass with ice. Add all your ingredients and stir for 1 minute. Garnish with a fresh slice of orange.

Black Russian


50ml Midnight Oil
40ml ELLC British Wheat Vodka

Serve straight over ice and stir.

Mikey's Espresso Martini

30ml ELLC British Wheat Vodka
15ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Espresso

Shake everything over ice and strain into a martini glass. Dust cacao over the top, garnish with coffee beans and enjoy.

45ml Midnight Oil
15ml East London Liquor Company Vodka
5ml Amaretto
45ml Almond Milk

Fill a short glass with ice. Add Midnight Oil, vodka and amaretto and stir. Float with almond milk poured slowly over an upturned spoon. Smooth, nutty, plant-based and so easy to put together.
