The world has turned matcha green and our long love affair with matcha has been taken to the next level. We wanted to create a drink that blends ritual calm with night-out buzz. 

The new Midnight Oil Matcha Martini is a perfect blend of bold energy and high-grade matcha, filled with vanilla notes, giving a velvety and earthy foundation. What makes it taste so good? Top-quality ingredients, real expertise, and small-batch craft, all made in our East London roastery.

Ingredients and Method


We source our matcha from Lalani & Co, a family run company of traditional tea merchants, specialising in finding extraordinary small-batch teas, matcha included. Lalani & Co’s Grade VI matcha is grown in organic Japanese gardens, its vivid colour and flavour to match is the perfect base for our Matcha Martini. 


We’ve gained a lot of experience through the years on how to brew the best tasting espresso martini and adapted the same tricks of flash-brewing to create this silky martini. We start by whisking matcha with hot water, then flash-chill it to preserve the bright flavours and subtle aromas you’d find in a freshly made matcha. 


After whisking, we mix the matcha with oat milk and a whisper of Madagascan vanilla, then blend it with a touch of sugar and British wheat vodka, which brings this bold, green Matcha Martini to life.

    We can only accommodate the people having bought a ticket beforehand. 

  • SCA Courses - Can my booking be cancelled after confirmation?

    Yes. Bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 5 working days notice before the course start date by contacting us via email or phone. We will then issue you a refund within 2 working days.

  • What happens if my course is cancelled?

    We always endeavour to ensure this does not happen but on the off chance that we can’t avoid it we will ensure to contact you as soon as possible via the contact details you supplied to us when booking your course. You will be offered either to re-book for a future date or receive a full refund.
