Dispatch Times

 

Place your order before 12 PM (noon) on a working day (Monday - Friday), and we'll aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will typically ship the next working day.

 

Delivery Times

 

For most UK mainland addresses, we use DHL Next Day Shipping, meaning your order should arrive the next working day after dispatch. Please note that some areas, like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, may take a little longer.

While we strive for prompt delivery, please understand that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds for delivery delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via text or email from DHL. This service allows you to:

  • Track your parcel's journey.

  • Change the delivery day.

  • Nominate a safe place for delivery if you're not home.

  • Orders over £15: Free shipping!

  • Orders under £15: A shipping fee of £4.95 will apply.

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Invoices

You will receive a full invoice including taxes in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Click ‘Download your Invoice’ to retrieve your invoice.

Our current international shipment costs for retail customers consists of the following:

For orders over 2kg:

International shipping costs are priced on weight and will be calculated automatically when an order reaches the checkout. This will be broken down into the component of the price of goods and postage & packaging charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

International shipping costs are calculated automatically by destination country and weight. We are currently unable to ship alcohol internationally.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping for retail customers in Russia due to customs regulations. Any order placed for Russia will be refunded with our apologies. 

We are also unable to ship to Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

Orders for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and U.A.E. require a P.O. Box for shipping to ensure correct delivery. Orders without this will be cancelled and refunded with our apologies. 

Orders of coffee that fail to deliver because of an invalid address will not be refunded or reshipped.

We are not responsible for damage or delays caused by customs officials.

Refund Policy

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

You, the consumer, are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include orders that are to your personal specification). You, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded.

The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return items. Further information on this can be found on the Office of Fair Trading website here. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. Roasted coffee is excluded from these terms.
