With over 20 years of experience, genuine love for our industry, and dedication to our craft we are able to provide wholesale specialty coffee to any business. Supplying hotels to coffee carts, we tailor our services to supply as little or as much as you need, from equipment to beans.
We have also launched our Midnight Oil range, consisting of the award-winning coffee liqueur, a ready-to-serve category of espresso martinis and key cocktail ingredients like coffee concentrate. The range is available in 700ml bottles, bag-in-box formats and keg dispense systems.

Returns & Refunds
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include orders that are to your personal specification). You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
You the consumer may be required to return the goods at your own expense. Further information on this can be found on the Office of Fair Trading website at http://www.oft.gov.uk/advice_and_resources/resource_base/legal/distance-selling-regulations/. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. Roasted coffee is excluded from these terms.
Shipping Policy
Typically, orders placed before midday (12pm GMT) will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after midday, it’ll likely be dispatched the next available working day (Monday-Friday). We aim to process orders within 1 business day of confirming payment.
Expect delivery of your order within 28 days although most items will be received within 3 working days. Delivery to Northern Island, the Highlands, the Channel Islands, Jersey, or Guernsey may take up to 5 working days. If we cannot ship the goods within this time, the consumer will immediately be notified to agree on another time for shipment. If we cannot agree on another time, the consumer will be offered a refund.
Our postage & packaging system is easy to understand. Postage & packaging is added at the checkout stage depending on how heavy (in weight) your order is.
Climpson & Sons (climpsonandsons.com) retains the right to choose the method of postage. Alternative equivalents may be chosen regardless of the method decided at the checkout area.
Orders over 10kg may be split into multiple deliveries, with the first being dispatched to arrive within 3 working days.
