Broadway Blend: El Salvador & Brazil

Broadway Blend is our signature espresso and our opportunity to showcase the producers we're proud to call friends. By pairing coffees that complement each other beautifully, we create a seasonally evolving blend that's balanced, sweet and full of character.

The return of Las Ranas is always a highlight, marking the arrival of the fresh Central American harvest. Tucked into El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains, the farm is surrounded by a protected forest and lagoon that's home to thousands of frogs—ranas in Spanish. This thriving ecosystem is central to the farm's approach, with every cherry hand-picked before being carefully processed to produce an elegant, vibrant coffee with exceptional sweetness and clarity.
This season, Las Ranas is paired with the final harvest from our great friend Bruno de Souza at Fazenda Esperança. A fourth-generation coffee producer, Bruno has spent decades championing the potential of exceptional Brazilian coffee. Alongside producing outstanding coffees on his own farm, he has dedicated himself to helping fellow producers improve quality through better processing, education and sustainable farming. His relentless curiosity and commitment to innovation have made Fazenda Esperança one of Brazil's most respected farms, and his coffees have been part of our journey for many years.

Together, these coffees create a rich, comforting espresso with layers of caramel sweetness, ripe fruit and silky chocolate. It's the coffee we proudly serve every day in our Broadway Market and Deal cafés—and one we hope you'll enjoy as much as we do.
