You will need a Kalita, then you're also going to need some scales, a kettle, paper filters, some roasted coffee, filtered water and a grinder.

35g coffee
250g water
250g ice
2:30 brew time60ml of water added for the bloom
Bloom for 30 seconds
100ml water added at 30 seconds (will then be at 160ml on scales)
Swirl Kalita to saturate grounds fully
At 1min 30 secs then add add remaining 90ml of water
total brew time should be about 2:30 - 2:40
Swirl your carafe to get all that ice melted and serve

Enjoy!

If the coffee is too intense or harsh, use less coffee.

If the coffee is weak and watery, use more coffee.

If the coffee is bitter, grind coarser next time.

If the coffee is flat, sharp or sour, then grind finer next time.

If the coffee is juicy, full and flavourful then drink it up and brew another!
