The Story

Every second month we will deep dive into the wonderful world of ultra specialty coffee.

This limited edition Pacamara was produced by the Ventura family in Fraijanes, near Guatemala City. The Rabanales farm has been in the family for 5 generations and passed down with a strong commitment to quality, innovation & sustainability.
This coffee embodies all three of these attributes with the vibrant Pacamara variety processed in their white-honey style. This is a precise art with ripe red cherries depulped and left with a thin layer of sticky mucilage. Regular turning as they dry keeps the sweetness intact whilst avoiding any untoward ferment. The result is a balanced cup with delicate tropical finish.
