The ease of having already-made specialty coffee

You might have seen our Coffee Concentrate being used to make iced coffees for that refreshing and energising drink during the warm seasons. Surprise, surprise - it can be used for hot coffee too! Start your day with a hot americano, mocha, or a latte made straight from your kitchen with no fuss. Specialty coffee at home without the need of any brewing equipment.

Our quality team tested and compared all the coffee concentrates you can find in your local supermarkets. Based on the objective quality test findings, ours stood out as the most pleasant and balanced, with a natural sweetness and a clear coffee character, especially when used for hot drinks.

You might be asking how it is made and what drinks you can make from it. Let’s dig right into it and find the answers to your questions.

What's Coffee Concentrate?

What’s so special about our coffee concentrate? It’s specialty coffee that can be made in an instant.

We source exceptional coffee from Daterra in Brazil, a pioneer at the forefront of sustainable coffee farming. The result is our crowd-pleaser, The Baron, a smooth, naturally sweet cup with indulgent notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut, and marzipan. That’s what goes into our coffee concentrate.

To make the coffee concentrate, rather than cold brewing, we use an innovative flash-brewing method. The coffee is first brewed with hot water, then rapidly chilled to capture and preserve the vibrant flavours and delicate aromas you’d expect from freshly made espresso. As coffee specialists, we believe hot water is essential for achieving a perfectly balanced and complex brew. It extracts a fuller range of the coffee’s volatile compounds, drawing out acidity, bitterness, and sweetness in harmony. In contrast, cold extraction primarily highlights sweetness, often missing the depth and rounded character that define a truly complete cup.

How can you use your coffee concentrate for hot drinks?

Enjoying a hot specialty cup of coffee from home has never been so quick and easy. All you need to do is just pour a dose of the coffee concentrate and then add hot water or hot milk for your morning cup, depending on your liking.

Coffee Concentrate works whether you want to have a quiet morning coffee by yourself, when you’re having friends over, working from home or just having a cosy evening of self-reflecting with your journal.

3 ways to use Coffee Concentrate at home

HOT AMERICANO (BLACK OR WHITE)

Pour a dose of coffee concentrate into your favourite mug. Add hot water, and perhaps a splash of milk, and enjoy!

LATTE

We recommend using the 1:2 ratio recipe for your lattes. After the coffee concentrate is added, warm up some milk and add it to your cup. Here you have the easiest latte you’ve made in your life!

MOCHA

A little bit of coffee, a little bit of chocolate. Has the world seen a better combination yet? The steps are as follows: add your choice of chocolate (chocolate buttons, chocolate powder), next add your dose of coffee concentrate and lastly, add the hot milk. Enjoy!
