Ingredients:

50 ml Monkey Shoulder

15 ml Midnight Oil coffee liqueur

10 ml Fino

Branca Menta Mint liqueur

Chocolate bitters
-
Demerara sugar
Instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice.

In the glass, add Monkey Shoulder, Midnight Oil coffee liqueur, Fino, Mint liqueur and sugar.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sugar is mostly dissolved.

Add a few drops of chocolate bitters on top.

Sip and enjoy!
