The Story

Every second month we will deep dive into the wonderful world of ultra specialty coffee.

This limited edition Geisha lot is produced by Gerardo Penalba of Finca Las Flores. Producing only 50kg of the coveted Geisha variety, the picking and processing of this lot is a precise art. Cherries are anaerobically processed in small barrels before de-pulping and drying on raised beds.
Gerrardo settled on this hybrid honey process as his preferred combination of aromatic floral and tropical flavour notes. A unique approach that we are proud to present as this month’s Showstopper.
