You'll need a Clever Dripper, scales, grinder, freshly roasted coffee, filtered water, filter papers, a kettle, a cup, a stirrer and a timer.
15g | 250g Water
Place the Clever Dripper onto the scales and weigh out 250g of water
Start the timer and add the coffee grounds
Gently mix the coffee into the hot water until it’s fully saturated
At 1:45, gently mix the coffee once or twice so it falls to the bottom
At 2:00, place the Clever Dripper onto your pre-heated mug and let the coffee drain out
At 2:40 the water should have dripped through, so remove the Clever Dripper from the mug
