Make easy, delicious coffee at home with the Clever Dripper.
Coffee is steeped in water to allow a full development of flavour before being filtered through paper for a clean, bright finish. Featuring a shut-off valve design which holds the coffee until the entire brewing process is complete.
You'll need a Clever Dripper, scales, grinder, freshly roasted coffee, filtered water, filter papers, a kettle, a cup, a stirrer and a timer.
15g | 250g Water
• Place the Clever Dripper onto the scales and weigh out 250g of water
• Start the timer and add the coffee grounds
• Gently mix the coffee into the hot water until it’s fully saturated
• At 1:45, gently mix the coffee once or twice so it falls to the bottom
• At 2:00, place the Clever Dripper onto your pre-heated mug and let the coffee drain out
• At 2:40 the water should have dripped through, so remove the Clever Dripper from the mug
