Coffee Margarita

Ingredients:

  • Coupe glass with salt rim

  • 40 ml coffee concentrate

  • 15 ml tequila

  • 15 ml mezcal

  • 20 ml Cointreau

  • 20 ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 10 ml simple syrup

  • Ice (for shaking)

Instructions:

  1. Rim a coupe glass with salt and set aside.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, add coffee concentrate, tequila, mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup.

  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

  4. Double strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.

  5. Enjoy your Coffee Margarita chilled, with its bold, complex flavours and a salty edge.
