The Margarita is a classic, strong cocktail known for its balanced sour and sweet flavour profiles, often served with salt on the rim of the glass. The cocktail was invented in Mexico and has since become one of the most popular cocktails in the whole world. Different experiments lead to several versions of these cocktails such as Tommy’s Margarita, Frozen Margarita or Mezcal Margarita. We decided to give our own twist to this classic with Midnight Oil coffee concentrate, creating Coffee Margarita.
