Espresso Martini is a modern classic, invented in London in the 1980s. This caffeinated classic is a crowd pleaser and a perfect drink for any establishment. This recipe is a courtesy of East London Liquor Company.
Ingredients:

25 ml Midnight Oil coffee liqueur

30 ml ELLC British Wheat vodka

20 ml Espresso OR 40 ml Midnight Oil coffee concentrate

15 ml sugar syrup
Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, add Midnight Oil coffee liqueur, vodka, espresso or coffee concentrate and sugar syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Dust cacao over the top and garnish with coffee beans.
