Barista quality chocolate, sourced and produced with conscience. We are proud to partner with Islands Chocolate, crafted by baristas for hot chocolate indulgence at home. Caribbean cocoa butter offers complex, chocolatey flavours and well balanced sweetness, combined with creamy whole milk and a hint of salt for a uniquely sophisticated white chocolate flavour.

What’s inside:
Cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), salt, vanilla, vanillin, spices. Contains 37% cocoa solid minimum. For allergen, see ingredient in bold. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, eggs, soya and nuts.

About Islands Chocolate:

Just as commercial coffee production has questions to answer around traceability in a complex and profit-driven supply chain, mass-produced chocolate often exists within a system of profits before people. Islands Chocolate are doing things differently, so you can enjoy a cup of cocoa safe in the knowledge that your purchasing power is making a real difference at source.

Islands Chocolate began directly farming in St Vincent in 2011. They now work with 400 acres of cocoa and more than 100 local employees to produce the finest grade cocoa for their products, as well as support the intricate natural ecosystem. The island offers perfect conditions for growing cocoa; nutrient rich volcanic soil, a tropical climate, breezy ocean winds and steep shady valleys. This direct production means complete traceability in their cocoa.

Expanding their production, the team have since teamed up with a sustainable farming collective in the Dominican Republic in a direct and fully traceable purchasing relationship.

    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

  • Can I bring a guest to a coffee workshop?

    We can only accommodate the people having bought a ticket beforehand. 

  • SCA Courses - Can my booking be cancelled after confirmation?

    Yes. Bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 5 working days notice before the course start date by contacting us via email or phone. We will then issue you a refund within 2 working days.

  • What happens if my course is cancelled?

    We always endeavour to ensure this does not happen but on the off chance that we can’t avoid it we will ensure to contact you as soon as possible via the contact details you supplied to us when booking your course. You will be offered either to re-book for a future date or receive a full refund.
