25 ml coffee-infused rum

25 ml Midnight Oil coffee liqueur

25 ml Midnight Oil coffee concentrate

100 ml ginger beer

3 lime wedges
Instructions:

In a highball glass, muddle 2 lime wedges.

Pour Midnight Oil coffee liqueur and coffee concentrate and mix.

Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer, leaving space for rum.
