Coffee and chocolate, on ice. This drink is basically a dessert, and the perfect easy afternoon sipper.

We use Mofu Deluxe Drinking Chocolate, Ghanaian cocoa blended with organically produced coconut blossom sugar.

Make a quick paste, using 2-3 heaped spoons of cocoa and a little hot water.

Add 80ml Coffee Concentrate to the paste and give it a stir to make your mocha mix.

Add this to a cup filled with ice and milk of your choice.

We’ve been using an 80ml serve of Coffee Concentrate to create the strength and balance of a double shot espresso but you can experiment with ratio to make an iced drink to just the taste you like. Give it a try.
