The Kalita Wave is a three-holed, flat bottom dripper with a patented ‘Wave’ design which allows for an uncompromising even extraction. Making brewing an excellent cup of coffee a right breeze. This piece of kit is favoured by barista champions for its elevated flavour.


The unique wave shape of the Kalita’s matching filter papers reduce surface contact between the brewer and the coffee itself. This airflow keeps a consistent extraction of your brew, preventing stalling that can lead to over-extraction.     We can only accommodate the people having bought a ticket beforehand. 

  • SCA Courses - Can my booking be cancelled after confirmation?

    Yes. Bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 5 working days notice before the course start date by contacting us via email or phone. We will then issue you a refund within 2 working days.

  • What happens if my course is cancelled?

    We always endeavour to ensure this does not happen but on the off chance that we can’t avoid it we will ensure to contact you as soon as possible via the contact details you supplied to us when booking your course. You will be offered either to re-book for a future date or receive a full refund.
