Dispatch Times
Place your order before 12 PM (noon) on a working day (Monday - Friday), and we'll aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will typically ship the next working day.
Delivery Times
For most UK mainland addresses, we use DHL Next Day Shipping, meaning your order should arrive the next working day after dispatch. Please note that some areas, like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, may take a little longer.
While we strive for prompt delivery, please understand that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds for delivery delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via text or email from DHL. This service allows you to:

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Invoices
You will receive a full invoice including taxes in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Click ‘Download your Invoice’ to retrieve your invoice.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. Here’s how our returns work:
If something’s wrong with your order
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement straight away.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and cancel. Simply let us know within that time, return the item in its original condition (unopened), and we’ll refund you once it’s back with us. Return postage is covered by you, unless the item is faulty.
Please note:
We can’t accept returns on roasted coffee (as it’s perishable) or items made just for you, unless they are faulty.
How long will my refund take?
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. If you have any questions at all, just get in touch - we’re always happy to help.
